In the old Flashpoint 3090 game, the shadowy organization of ex-Blakists that existed within SHAFT was called ABSALOM. I don't remember exactly what the acronym stood for but it was a reference to the real-life ODESSA organization. I assume that's what he was referring to with the toaster comment  ;)
