Ariving over Tukkayid, was DC representative Kaori Matsumoto... a small woman, together with the DCs entourage for the ISDF. Maybe St.Ives was a failure, but just because some where unwilling, it didn't mean that the contributers wouldn't found it.

Two days later should Boulivan Escara-Moles arrive, the ARAR representative,... together with the ARAR part of what was once thought to become the Parlaiment Council.

Rules, Laws, Agreements

-) All membernations allow and/or provide free transport/travel for ISDF troops.
-) Membernations provide founding for the ISDF on a voluntarely basis.

-) Nations/Factions may lend out money for Development Projects (Infrastructure) from the ISDAB. Doing so adds 10% interest charges. The nation also must provide a repayment plan. Under certain circumstances (parlaimentary voting) there might not be any interest charges.

Example: Nation A wants to build a PF and has only 12 RP, it lends out the missing 36 RP from the ISDAB. The ISDAB charges 3.5 (3.6 rounded to the nearest 0.25) RP of interest charges to nation A. Nation A further agrees to repay the ISDAB in the following 4 turns the 39.5 RP (36+3.5). This means it must repay 10 RP in turn 1 to 3 and 9.5 in the last turn. Due to a outbraking conflict nation A is not able to meet payment in turn 3. The ISDAB extends the credit to turn 5. In turn 5 however the nation simply doesn't pay without reason. The ISDAB charges a additional 3.5RP interrest charges and extends the credit to turn 6. If nation A does not meet payment in turn 6, it will find itself infront of the ISDF-Court of Justice.

Example 2: Nation B wants to build a shipyard but has only 12 RP. It lends out the missing 24 RP from the ISDAB. The ISDAB charges 2.5 (2.4 rounded to the nearest 0.25) RP of interest charges. Nation B doesn't want to pay charges and calls for a parlaimentary vote in the ISDF. The vote succeeds, since the shipyard is essential for the interrests of the ISDF. Therefore the ISDAB is ordered to not charge any interrests towards Nation B. Nation B offers to repay 6 RP per turn, for 4 turns. Nation B fails to reach payment in turn 4, since there are no interest charges, nation B will have to justify their action in the ISDF-parlaiment. If the action is just, the credit may be extended by one or more turns. If not, nation B will find itself in front of the court of justice.

His staff, the secretariat... Supports the other ISDF bodies administratively (for example, in the organization of conferences, the writing of reports and studies and the preparation of the budget)

The ISDF Forces and the ISCP troops are therefore directed by this ISDF body. (Further structure needed)

ISDF - Economical and Social Council:
Responsible for co-operation between states as regards economic and social matters;  Members, elected by the Parlaiment to serve staggered three-year mandates.

They managed to enter a special secured office and on its door a name was written: Makoto Hanso... the man who invented the PAL for the DCMS. They broke into a safe and left through a hall full of exoskeletons, PAL parts and while doing so there was the sound of a running servo...

Then a red dot appeared and a machine gun was fired. Instantly the men drew their own weapons but the bullets ricocheted, flying wild in the room. Then open the gun fired ones more, while glowing red eyes pirced through the darkness.

One made a run for it, trying to secure the objective and his life. Every single shot enlighted the laboratory behind him, he could hear the others scream in pain. He tried to obscure himself with a smog grenade when he saw something following him, then he heared a incredible loud sound, like a strong mechanical impulse. Than something clashed into the ground before him, standing up to full size pointing a gun at him nearly the size of himself. Golden scales shining in the light of a street lamp.
"Resistance will be eliminated."
A single shot was fired, the massive bullet tearing everything in its way apart, the impact throw the thief from his feet and left nothing but a bloody mess.

For instance a transport shuttle was hit by a large metallic object that was bearing the word "Vision". Now rumors state that."

Without a sound a sound a Shilone formation flew by, bearing the Repuplic Navy sign, stearing what could be considered upwards right now, then a C* ship showed up... firing its Autocannons at the Wing.

Then a massive explosion hit the C* ship as the "Blakes Strength" fired its weaponry and hit hard.

Breaking news: Head of ISCP, lady Hinata Isu, is dead...
Vice Director Badhi Hafeez has announced that he was given the information that lady Hinata Isu died on Terra, when C*-Forces engaged the personal guard of Coordinator Theodore Kurita during his attempt to leave the planet. The exact circumstances are still unknown, but should this proof to be true, C* broke the neutrality assignment with the ISCP and will be find itself in front of court.

Newly promoted Director Badhi Hafeez demands instant clarrification on the matter from C* and the immediate release of lady Hinata Isus body if this information is correct.

Strangely enough, C* had anounced just a few months ago that lady Hinata Isu was held for crimes of war, a charge counted as unbelieavable by the ISCP as the lady was "our shining light of peace for a brighter future" as Director Hafeez said himself.

Will we ever know what truly happened on Terra? Stay tuned for more information on the matter.

Recently trading activity has increased once more in the Draconis Combine, but the merchants returning from the realm of the dragon bring not only goods with them. Rumors state that every ComStar worker in the Combine was put under arrest, given barely enough time to turn down the massive HPG-facilities. No information was given what caused this drastic measure, be it the ComGuards recent activity or the interdirction the Combine was put under from Precentor Luthien.

On thing however is clear, the conflict between the Combine and ComStar intensifies.

The FRR is testing Free-Rasalhague-Network, which is a short range service alternative to the HPG provided by C*. The devices can only transmit written messages to a adjacted Star System and the first transmission tests are running right now.

Information leaked, the Draconis Combine behind it all?
Documents where found bearing the crest of the Draconis Combine that include all worlds arround Terra in a neutral unnamed nation, spanning from Carver V to Dyev, from Pollux to Nirasaki and from blue Diamond to Northwind. Dates state back to the 10.2.3040 when this matter was discussed at the warlords meeting under Coordinator Takashi Kurita. Details are blackened out but we all have the same question... Has ComStar made a dire agreement with the Draconis Combine? What is behind this plan? And is this the source of the recent change in C* politics?

Welcome the new Prince Elect: Brandalv Freberg
In the last quarter of this year, former Prince Elect Haakon Magnusson was charged with a motion of cencure, which turned out positive. The reason was a false flag military operation against the Federated Commonwealth under Combine colours. This is not only a breaking of neutrality and the fair-trade agreement between FC, FRR and DC but also a massive endangerment of the security and people of Rasalhague. The votum fell directly in the times of election for the Rasalhaguian Parlaiment which lead to a massive loose of votes for his party. His cabinet and himself are right now under charge.

However: the true winners of the new election are...

Folkpartiet liberalerna (FL): Standing for a strong, independent and neutral FRR. Which are providing, with a absolute majority the new Prince-Elect from their ranks and sporting 54% of the Riksdag

Dragiedemokraternay: Profiting from the former failure of the Prince Elect, the fear of a harsh answer from the FC and known for their pro-Draconian politics. They managed to claim 35% of the Votes

Newly elected Minister of Inner Affairs, Kustya Elsedotter (FL) announced that all charges will be investigated harshly and that she will not allow such a thing to happen ever again.

Hard times for the new prince-elect are coming as the FC has not made any announcements on the matter and Coordinator Theodore Kurita sent a letter of displeasement via Courier-ship. C* was called on the plan to help clearing the situation but no further informations are given at the time.

Will the new prince-elect find a way through this political mess? In any case, we will keep you informed.
